acquisition of Princeton Instruments by Teledyne Technologies Inc

The previously announced acquisition of Princeton Instruments by Teledyne Technologies Inc. was completed on 5th February 2019. Princeton Instruments is now part of Teledyne Imaging Group and our new name is Teledyne Princeton Instruments.

We are excited to be part of the new team and work alongside other Teledyne Imaging companies including Teledyne e2v, Teledyne DALSA, and Teledyne Scientific & Imaging divisions. Princeton Instruments products are routinely used in the world’s leading life sciences, physical sciences, and industrial R&D institutes and OEM systems. Recent innovations from Teledyne Princeton Instruments include eXcelon CCD and EMCCD technology, BLAZE high-speed spectroscopy cameras, award winning IsoPlane spectrographs, breakthrough FERGIE integrated spectrometers, and easy-to-use LightField software.
